I have used this florist on many occasions and have never had any problems. For Christmas I ordered a floral arrangement with a box of chocolates to be delivered on Dec 14th giving the florist ample time to get the order correct. Unfortunately, the chocolates were forgotten and delivered a day later. Since my mother suffers from confusion, I had to enlist the resident's staff to hunt for the missing chocolates (which was very appreciate during this time of extra work due to Covid 19). After a thorough search, the florist was contacted and they admitted they neglected to deliver the chocolates. Mistakes happen and the florist was apologetic, but it is unlikely I will use their service again.
