I just bought my mom a arrangement and it was not what was pictured but definitely was packed with flowers so it was not upset but yet I was disappointed that the vase was not pink as specified in the picture. Every year I buy her flowers and I get a coloured vase and this year it stated a pink frosted vase so when she got them it was a clear vase. Also delivery wasn’t free as advertised but that’s fine it’s less then me driving down there from Woodstock lol. Overall mom was very pleased with the amount of flowers that were in the arrangement so I’m favourite child again
